We need professional individual to fill challenging role as: Senior HR Manager 1. Male (max 45 years old). 2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field. 3. At least 15 years of working experience in HR section manager. 4. Fluent in English. 5. Required skills: a. Developing HR Management. b. Recruitment selection process c. Capability Building of employees by conducting training (internal external) and Development Program. d. Organization Development, Industrial Relations. e. Performance Management System and Compensation Review. f. Talent Management, Succession Planning and Career Enhancement Progression Plan. g. HRIS Strategy. 6. Preferably Senior Manager specializing in Human Resources. 7. Placement at Karawang, West Java. Note: Official residence provided by the company.
