Recruitment Supervisor
Responsibilities:
As specialist in Recruitment, the incumbent will be responsible in all aspects of recruitment assignment but not limited to job vacancy posting and desk screening. The incumbent will be charge for: psychological assessment, man power requisition, hearing session with user, sourcing process, and endorse the profile to user.
Requirements:
· Master degree of Psychology from reputable University, preference having license as Psychologist
· At least 3 years of experience in human resource practices and recruitment area
· Strong proficiency of interviewing skill and in using various assessment tools
· Positive Can-Do attitude and commitment to excellence service
· People oriented and resourceful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Successful candidate will be located in Head Office, Surabaya.
