In line with our business expansion in Indonesia, we seek qualified professionals to join us in the following position:-
 
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Job Description:
·         Responsible in designing man power planning needs and organization development plan
·         Cooperate with Ass HR Manager in design of compensation and benefit system related with payroll, personal tax, increment scheme, employee insurance and other issue that related to HRD
·         To set and prepare the company regulation in monitoring and controlling the employee discipline, responsibilities and performance
·         Performs the coach and counseling for the company employee and do necessary action and reconciliation to maintain the conducive and good environment
·         Reviews all report produced by HRD and do necessary action to improve the employee performance
·         Coordinates with all department head in performance competence and assessment each year and ensure the objectives of performance appraisal result as the base for bonus or salary increment or promotion
·         To set and plan the necessary training and seminar to increase the employee capability and skill which is related to their responsibilities and positions
·         To approve all the payroll and benefit for employee are done properly and on time.
·         To maintain a good relation with government especially Labor Dept. in updating the Labor regulation and policy
·         To set and create system and procedure with team member for HRD which is applicable and in order to improve the function of HRD
·         To coordinates with team member  in planning the Department Goal, Objective, Strategy and Action Plan every year
·         To review the realization and achievement for the Department Goal, Objective, Strategy and Action Plan especially related with HRD
·         To update the superior and department head in case of any new employee regulation from government and do necessary socialization to employee or unit operation
·         Follows up and settle any case incur with employee and Labor department and report to superior the progress as well
·         To approve offering letter, employee agreement, termination letter, promotion, demotion, rotation, warning letter to related employee after discuss
Requirements:
·         Minimum Bachelor degree in any related discipline
·         Minimum 5 year experience in Human Resources
·         Computer literate (MS Office)
·         Fluent in English both oral & writing
·         Have a strong knowledge in recruitment process
·         Have a strong knowledge in coaching and counseling employee
·         Have a strong knowledge in training & development
·         Have a strong knowledge in compensation & benefit
·         Have a strong knowledge in government regulation & law especially UU No. 13 about labor
·         Have a good administration skill
·         Have a good knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certification
·         Have a good persuasive communication skill
