Payroll / Admin Manager



  • End to end processing of company's payroll(s).
  • Update and maintain payroll recordS
  • Liaison with staff and management on payroll related queries
  • Maintain leave, sickness and overtime reports
  • Interpret awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime, shift allowances etc.
  • Undertake required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting
  • Payroll administration – egg filing, setting up new starters
  • Calculate and make termination payments (resignation/retirement/redundancy)
  • Process increase and calculate back pays
  • Calculate annual leave and LSL provisions/accruals
  • Check and audit all payrolls, ensuring legislative & award compliance (tax compliance, superannuation etc.)
  • Report – support internal reporting requirements e.g. annual leave & intercompany reports etc.
  • Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments
  • Calculate, pay, conciliate payroll tax and group tax
  • Coordinate and manage  workers compensation
  • Co-ordination of superannuation contributions ensuring company meets statutory requirements.
  • Answer staff queries regarding payroll and human resources matters
  • Prepare employee contracts and letters of offer/rejection
  • Provide advice regarding employee and industrial relations issues
  • Ad hoc HR and Payroll matters



  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in any related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in related fields
  • Good Command of English
  • Computer skills
