Requirements :
 
• Male/Female, max 35 years old,
• Education Min. Bachelor (S1) Psychology / Management / Law,
• Preferably able to speak and write English,
• Experience Min. 3 years in the same position, Preferably have Certification of Management System for HR & GA,
• Have knowledge and understanding of the Law 13 th 2003 and other labor laws, and most preferably also have knowledge of Islamic education,
• Running the HR & GA function as a whole, such as Recruitment, Training &Development, Industrial Relations, Compentation & Benefits, and all about GA matters.

• Loyal, Confidence, Discipline, Adult, High Integrity, Honesty and Ethics consistent and hasgood communication in negotiating.
